  4. \u00a0scooter for 1 adult and 1 child MAX<\/li>\n
  5. \u00a0Never stop in the middle of a hill, risk of overheating and possible breakage<\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0Drive in 2nd speed in the hills, the 2nd is the best ratio to manage battery consumption for the day<\/li>\n
  7. \u00a0The scooters are equipped with ABS and anti lifting so do not bother to try the \u00abwheeling\u00bb,,<\/li>\n
  8. \u00a0Our scooters are equipped with remote control alarm, in case of loss or breakage the package is 150 euros<\/li>\n
  9. \u00a0In case of puncture do not ride, call us immediately<\/li>\n
  10. \u00a0When a battery starts to flash you can drive another 5 minutes max, unplug the used battery, then open the hatch with the black key, plug in the battery and close the hatch<\/li>\n
  11. CAUTION!!!!! NEVER empty the battery completely, NEVER go to the cut,\u00a0 IT CAN COST YOU A BATTERY: 640 euros!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. Properly manage your batteries that are planned for about 60kms in gear 2.<\/strong>
    \nAny request in the day of a new battery (if available) will be charged 10 \u20ac and must be replaced only at CRAZYRIDER<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Rental Policy – General Terms<\/h2>\n

    Driver and License Requirements<\/h3>\n

    Driver\u2019s age: Minimum18 years old (driving license for at least 1 year).
    \nCertain regulations apply related to minimum age and possession of driver\\’s license which can be found during
    \nthe booking process depending on the booked vehicle.
    \nThe renter and all approved drivers must be in possession of a full, valid driving license for at least one year and
    \npresent it together with an identity card or passport. Furthermore, the following conditions apply depending on the issuing country of the driving license.<\/p>\n

    National driving licenses accepted from:<\/h3>\n

    EU Nations and Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and N. Ireland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein,
    \nUSA, Australia, Canada.<\/p>\n

    National driving licenses with Latin characters accepted from:<\/h3>\n

    Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Central African
    \nRepublic, Chile, Costa Rica, C\u00f4te d\\’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Georgia, Ghana,
    \nGuyana, Holy See, Indonesia, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait,
    \nKyrgyzstan,Liberia, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Niger, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Qatar,
    \nRepublic of Korea, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia,

    National Driving license must be accompanied by a valid International Driving Permit.

    Provisional licenses are not accepted<\/h3>\n

    Payment Method<\/h3>\n

    All credit cards by internationally recognized credit card companies:<\/strong>
    \nAmerican Express, Eurocard, Mastercard, Diners Club, Visa and debit cards (Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro)
    \nare accepted.<\/p>\n

    Travelers Check or any third-party credit cards or prepaid cards are not accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    All payments can be completed in cash in \u20ac (euro) currency.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The payment must be completed by the driver or additional driver and the credit \/ debit card must be issued in the
    \nname of one of the above. This must be presented at the time of vehicle pick-up and has to be valid at this time.<\/p>\n

    Online Payment<\/strong>
    \nEasy and Secure Online Reservation System which customers can use to book their vehicle(s) is provided. All
    \npayments made using a credit \/ debit card are processed through the electronic payment platform and uses TLS
    \n1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information
    \nuntil it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.<\/p>\n

    Insurance & Coverage (Legal Liability Insurance)<\/h3>\n

    Our vehicles are insured with :<\/strong>
    \nCivil liability for:
    \nA. Third party injuries per victim: \u20ac1,300,000
    \nB. Material damage to third parties by accident: \u20ac1,300,000
    \nC. Property damage from an uninsured vehicle: \u20ac6,000
    \nD. Recovery of your accident insurance with exclusivity
    \nLiability of a known third party: \u20ac6,000
    \nExtension Y.Z. between vehicles same owner: 3,500 \u20ac
    \nAccident care: yes
    \nWhat\u2019s not covered (maximum : 3.500\u20ac):
    \nTheft or attempted theft of the vehicle
    \nTheft of personal belongings from the vehicle
    \nNatural disasters or vandalism
    \nDeath or injury to the driver of the rented vehicle
    \nDamage to any part of the rented vehicle
    \nDamage cost caused intentionally or by negligence
    \nDamage cost us a result of a breach of the company\u2019s rental terms and conditions or general policy.<\/p>\n

    Security Deposit<\/strong>
    \nOn arrival to the rental office, a refundable security deposit is required via Credit \/ Debit card or cash. Credit \/ debit
    \ncard must be issued in the name of the main or the additional driver.
    \nOnce the rental is completed and the vehicle is returned and checked by the office assistants, the deposit will be
    \nfully refunded. In case of any damages will occur and holded from the amount of the deposit. If the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the extra cost must be paid separately from the renter, according to our rental policy.<\/p>\n

    Security Deposit Categories<\/strong>
    \nScooters and Bicycles : 300 \u20ac<\/p>\n

    Cancelation \/ No-show<\/strong>
    \na) All booking types up to 48 hours before the day the rental was due to begin: No cancellation fee (Request<\/strong>
    \nand confirmation is required<\/strong>)
    \nb) All booking types less than 48 hours before the day the rental was due to begin: No refund<\/strong>
    \nNo-show (Failed to show up): No refund<\/strong>
    \nIn the event that the booked vehicle is not collected or not collected at the agreed time, CRAZYRIDER Company
    \nwill cancel the reservation 3 hours after and the rental charge already payed shall be withheld in full.<\/p>\n

    Booking Changes<\/h3>\n

    Bookings can be changed up to 48 hours before the rental, depending on availability.<\/p>\n

    Refunds<\/h3>\n

    Refunds shall not be issued for:<\/strong>
    \na) Non-collection
    \nb) Late collection
    \nc) Early return
    \nd) Extra costs Batteries at check-out
    \ne) Changes on bookings with less cost than the first booking agreement
    \nf) Any case that opposes Elephant Rent a Moto Rental Policy<\/p>\n

    CRAZYRIDER Company will proceed with a refund in a time range of 24 hours.
    \nCRAZYRIDER Company takes no responsibility for the extra time needed for the involved banks to process the
    \nrefund. All refund requests can take up to 30 days to be completed
    \ndepending on the card holder\u2019s issuing bank.<\/p>\n

    Pick-up Location
    \n<\/strong>The pick-up and drop-off of our vehicles must be placed on our office. Delivery of the vehicles in different locations
    \nis not provided. Delivery or transfer from \/ to the airport is not provided.
    \nIncluded in your booking cost:<\/p>\n

    Kilometer \/ Mileage Allowance<\/strong>
    \nAll vehicles are provided with an unlimited Kilometer \/ Mileage Allowance
    \nHelmets Provided<\/strong>
    \nHelmets for every passenger are provided
    \nRoadside Assistance<\/strong>
    \n24-hour roadside assistance is provided
    \nRental Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Off-Road Driving is not permitted
    \n<\/strong>All of our vehicles are not allowed to go off-road (beach, sand, mud, rivers, rocky terrain, etc.). In that case the
    \nInsurance is not valid, roadside assistance is not applied and the renter will be charged the costs of towing if
    \nneeded plus a 50\u20ac fine that must be paid at the office upon check-out.<\/p>\n

    Ferrying the vehicle is prohibited<\/strong>
    \nThe renter is not allowed to travel outside the borders of the island. In that case, insurance and road assistance
    \nare not valid.<\/p>\n

    GPS monitoring<\/strong>
    \nFor the above purposes and for the safety of the renter and the vehicle, GPS monitoring may occur.<\/p>\n

    Legal Restrictions<\/strong>
    \nDriving under the influence of Alcohol or Narcotics is strictly prohibited, it is against the law and in any case the
    \nvehicle is not insured. The driver(s) and passenger(s) must always wear his\/her helmet(s) at all times, while
    \ndriving.
    \nThe renter is responsible for any fines that may occur in case of disregard of international road rules (parking on
    \nyellow lines, exceeding speed limits, disregard of helmets etc.).<\/p>\n

    Use Battery Policy<\/strong>
    \nThe tenant must return the vehicle with a minimum of one bar corresponds to the battery charging alert. In the
    \nevent that the tenant completely empties both batteries, he will be charged on the spot after departure with an
    \nadditional 10 \u20ac\/battery.
    \nDamage costs or maintenance costs caused by non-compliance with the proper use of the two batteries must be
    \ncovered by the tenant and up to \u20ac600\/battery.<\/p>\n

    Additional Charges<\/strong>
    \nAdditional charges may occur due to the following:<\/strong>
    \n1. Extreme dirtiness of the vehicle
    \n2. Damages under the vehicle
    \n3. Damages on the tires, Batteries
    \n4. Spare parts damage or theft (windshield, stickers, wipers, mirrors, etc)
    \n5. Loss of registration plate
    \n6. Loss or damage of the keys
    \n7. Towing costs
    \n8. Lack of electricity because of forgotten turned on switch or electrical devices
    \n9. Damage caused by unproper use
    \n10. Incident administration fee<\/p>\n

    Drop-off Time and Location<\/strong>
    \nThe renter is obliged to return the rented vehicle with any additional equipment provided, without delay to the
    \nCompany office by the time of expiration or in any way of termination of the contract.
    \nFailing to return the vehicle before the expiration will affect CRAZYRIDER Company smooth operation and quality
    \nof the rentals and will cause the charge of a Late Return Fee.<\/p>\n

    Late Return Fee and Collection Service<\/strong>
    \nIf the vehicle is returned:
    \nFailing to return the vehicle before the expiration will affect CRAZYRIDER Company smooth operation and quality
    \nof the rentals and will cause the charge of a Late Return Fee.
    \nb) over three hours after the agreed date\/time, the Late Return Fee will be charged plus the cost of an additional
    \nday of rental.<\/p>\n

    Driver\u2019s experience and Safety<\/strong>
    \nCRAZYRIDER Company priority is the customers safety. During the process of the vehicle check-in,
    \nCRAZYRIDER Company assistants may pause the rental and propose an alternative rental solution if they
    \nestimate that it will be critical for the customers safety.<\/p>\n

    Extensions<\/strong>
    \nExtensions on the rental period must be completed with physical presence of the renter by signing a new rental
    \nagreement or remotely with full payment via our online booking system.<\/p>\n

    Additional \/ Other Terms<\/strong>
    \nThe terms of the contract apply even in case of replacement of the originally rented vehicle, or extension of the
    \nrental. Any modification of the terms on the contract is invalid unless agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental in case of breach of its terms, as well as an immediate vehicle collection. This complaint does not preclude, the Company to claim the renter debts agreed on the contract, nor the charge of the renter with the relevant recovery costs of the hired vehicle.<\/p>\n

    Applicable Law.<\/strong>
    \nThis Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Greek
    \nGovernment and Greek Courts. The court of Rhodes is responsible for resolving any dispute from the interpretation or application of the agreement.
    \nIn case of more renters, they will be jointly and severally liable for the fulfilment without exception of all the renter\u2019s obligations provided under the contract.<\/p>\n

    Rental agreement<\/strong>
    \nBy signing the contract, the renter states that, after carefully inspecting the rented vehicle and finding that it is in
    \ncondition of his\/her absolute liking and suitable for the use and purpose for which he\/she rents it, he\/she received
    \nthe vehicle unreservedly. During the pick-up process the company assistants will take a video off the vehicle so to
    \ncapture its latest
    \ncondition in presence of the renter.
    \nBy signing this document, the renter has been informed about the proper use of the vehicle and safety
    \ninstructions.
    \nAdditionally, any questions that may occurred, have been answered to the necessary extent. Furthermore, the
    \nrenter consents to the collection, processing and use of his\/her personal data (ID or Passport number, driver\u2019s
    \nlicense number, name, surname, age, gender, nationality, email address, credit or debit card information, etc.)
    \nrequired for the purpose of the services provided by CRAZYRIDER Company, according to the Privacy Policy.
    \nThe Company is not responsible for the loss or destruction of any assets of the renter and \/ or a third party,
    \nlocated inside or on the rented vehicle.
    \nBy entering into this agreement, the renter expressly authorizes CRAZYRIDER Company to charge his\/her
    \ndebit\/credit card with the rental amount as shown on the voucher.
    \nFor additional charges (if any) referred to this agreement the renter authorizes CRAZYRIDER Company to charge
    \nthe pre authorized amount (or part of it) which the renter provided upon the vehicle pick up. Extra
    \ncosts exceeding the pre authorized amount, according to an Expert Valuation Report has to be covered by the
    \nrenter.
    \nThe renter states that upon signing the contract he accepts the general terms and conditions of CRAZYRIDER
